How can Jem Berwah relearn trust, community, and joy after a decade on the run?

Out of cash and out of luck, mechanic Jem Berwah disembarks on the space station megopolis of Tersa Eth. They've spent the better part of the last decade fleeing the mistakes of their past, and the war crimes of their employer. They have skills repairing biomech, and an old friend manages to find them work at a local club, fixing up the dancers' augments. But when their old life comes knocking, Jem might have to say goodbye to any chance at a safe and quiet life.
